Murdered family appealed to president [Archives:2003/655/Local News]

ADEN_ 20 July, Family of the murdered Mohsen Saleh Abduh Al-Amri from al-Merbah, Lahj governorate sent an appeal to president Ali Abdullah, human rights organizations and other international organizations requesting to be supported and established justice against some influential and the corrupt who impede the course of justice in their case.
The family mentioned in its appeal that the killed Saleh Abduh Al-Ameri had been killed by an identified murderers who are still at large because they had been released under mediation of some influential persons and those who tamper with the case of the murdered, indicating that they were suffering from terror at a time the president himself calls for fighting terror.
The case which has taken place since 1999 in which three people of the Lahj governorate are accused, is still undecided yet despite of all the papers' that the deputy governor and the secretary general of Lahj Local Council sent to the heal of the appeal court and head of the appeals of the prosecution in Lahj.
