Najda police fire at a citizen in Hadah [Archives:2005/860/Local News]

A group of Al-najada police men on a police car, with plate number (5744) stormed a citizen's communication center opposite to the Malaysian embassy.

They started firing randomly in the area which the citizen fled to. This aroused panic among the citizens. The citizen took refuge in a house of one of one of the dignitaries, because the najda men have beaten him severely.

Sources said that the police stormed the citizen's place because they found a pistol with him in a round about. He accompanied them to his place in order to pay money, in return for his release, but he then refused to hand in neither the sum nor the gun.
