The first training course for observing epidemic diseases like measles and tetanus was held Oct. 22 and 23 in Sana’a.
The training course, organized in cooperation with UNICEF and WHO, was attended by 22 participants.
Mr. Mohammed Ali Kulees, general director of the national vaccination program, told participants of the efforts by the Ministry of Public Health and WHO and UNICEF to vaccinate against diseases such as infantile paralysis, measles and tetanus.
