Nationwide by-elections for local councils [Archives:2003/691/Local News]

Local councils by-elections are to be held throughout the republic's governorates and districts on Dec. 11 to fill vacant seats.
Accordingly the Supreme Commission for Elections and Referendum has called on electoral committees and political parties candidates to abide by legal measures pertaining to electoral propaganda stipulated in the law.
