New cleaning mechanism in Aden [Archives:2004/753/Local News]

Thursday, July 1, Aden- A new mechanism concerned with the cleaning and collecting of garbage as well as the improvement of Seirah District in Aden was introduced on 1st July.
Engineer, Qaid Rashed, the Executive Director of the Cleaning Fund, said that the new mechanism would collect rubbish directly from homes through the regular operation of rubbish trucks.
“This is the first experiment and if it succeeds, it will be implemented in the remaining districts of Aden”, said the director.
