Dr. Hasan Ali Meghalli, professor of law at Sana'a University, has published a new book on judicial and law principles. The book includes many commercial issues.
The book is expected to be a contribution to providing people working in law and Islamic law in Yemen with the latest principles of right to legal and judicial veto and approval related to trade disputes.
It is noteworthy that Dr. Meghalli has a number of publications. For example:
