President Saleh condemns Riyadh blast [Archives:2003/685/Local News]

SANAA, Nov 11 – Yemeni President Ali Abdullah Saleh strongly expressed Yemen’s condemnation on Sunday of the explosion that rocked a residential building in the Saudi capital Riyadh two nights ago.
Saleh extended condolences to Saudi Arabia and in particular to the families of victims who were killed in the attack.
In a telephone call he made with the Saudi Crown Prince Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz, Saleh described the attack as a terrorist activity against civilian interests. He expressed at the same time Yemen’s solidarity with the Kingdom in combating terrorism and preserving security and stability of the region.
