Prominent Saudi cleric visits Seyun [Archives:2003/670/Local News]

Aden, Sept 20 – Ayedh Bin Abdullah Al-Qarni, a well-known Saudi cleric paid a historic visit to Seiyun last Thursday. The aim of the visit was to participate in orphans' festival held there. His visit was organized by the Islah Society and Charity Association, which started preparing for the annual festival months ago.
During his visit, Sheikh Al-Qarni delivered a lecture entitled “Factors to strengthening faith”. Thousands of people who came from different areas of Hadramout valley attended the event, which took place at the Seyun Palace Plaza.
Many in Seyun expressed their appreciation for the Islah Society in inviting the prominent scholar, who seems to be quite well-known in Hadramout governorate.
