Ramada Haddah Joins Best Western [Archives:2002/25/Local News]

Ramada Haddah Hotel joined last Thursday the international Best Western range of hotels.
An agreement to this effect was singed between Mr. Tawfeeq al-Khamiri, chairman of board of directors of the Yemeni Company for Hotels and Investment, owners of the hotel, and Mr. Anands Gupta, Executive Chairman of the Best Western group of Hotel.
We have chosen Best Western, which has a long experience in hotel management to cope with the new changes in Yemen, said al-Khamiri.
He said there would be a joint project with Best Western in the near future.
The Best Western company will rehabilitate the Haddah Hotel according to its standards of international hotels.
Al-Khamiri asserted that the Best Western companys existence in the Yemeni market will add to the tourism industry in the country. He added that the company will also build new hotels.
With this the name of the Haddah Hotel has been changed into Best Western Haddah Hotel Yemen.
