Creamy Apples
Ingredients:
6 apples boiled in one packet jelly syrup
2 cups sweetened whipped cream
1 cup sliced strawberry
1/2 cup strawberry syrup.
Methods:
1.Boil the apples in the jelly syrup for ten minutes or until it takes the red color.
2.Leave the apples for one hour to cool and then start to fill the middle part of each apple with some whipped cream and dicorate with one slice of strawberry.
3.Refrigate about 2 hours or until chilled.
4.Serve with the strawberry syrup. Immediately refrigate any remaining creamy apples after serving.

Chicken Phyllo Pastry
Ingredients:
10 sheets frozen Phyllo Pastry
1 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 medium green bell pepper, chopped (2 cups)
2 cups chopped cabbage
2 cups chopped carrots
1 tablespoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups cut-up cooked chicken
1 tablespoon mixed spices
Methods:
1.Mix the green pepper, cabbage and the carrots together with the oil and the spices.
2.Add the cut-up cooked chicken to the mixed vegetables and stir together over medium heat.
3.Stirring constantly for 10 minutes and then remove from heat. Leave until it cools down. Then put 2 spoons of it in each sheet then roll.
4.Cook the phyllo rolls in oil 10 to 15 minutes or until it takes golden color on all sides
5. Put the rolls on a plate filled with some lettuce and some sliced tomatoes and boiled eggs.
