Yemeni authorities are refusing to send the alleged ringleader of the Lackawanna Six back to the US.
They're refusing to extradite Jaber Elbaneh because they're questioning him about his links to Al Qaeda and the terror cell that was busted here in 2002.
Elbaneh was captured a few weeks ago.
U.S. federal agents believe he led five other young men from Lackawanna to an Al Qaeda terrorist training camp in 2001.
