Regional seminar on exchange of Arab statistical expertise [Archives:2004/753/Local News]

A regional seminar began in Sana'a on Monday July 6, regarding the organization of statistical collection efforts, organized by the Central Statistical Apparatus with the cooperation of the Arab Training Center on Research and Statistics. The seminar was held in order to discuss a number of working papers related to the experiments of some Arab countries in conducting statistical surveys and extracting data from them.
The two-day seminar, held with the participation of 20 experts from Arab countries, aimed at creating relations between Arab statistics organizations and the exchange of expertise among them.
