Russian Economic Delegation Arrives [Archives:1998/29/Local News]

Headed by Mr. Smirnoff, Director of Foreign Loans at the Ministry of Finance, a Russian delegation arrived in Yemen on Thursday, July 16. Discussions with Yemeni officials will focus on the re-scheduling of the Yemeni debts owed to Russia, according to the agreement with the Paris Club of creditors.
