Seminar on using new health mechanisms winds up [Archives:2002/20/Local News]

A seminar on using new health mechanisms to districts was concluded last Friday. The seminar was organized by the Health Ministry in collaboration with European Union project to maintain the health sector. Participants have recommended that offering health services is the only approach to reactivate the role of hospitals to perform its duties well.
