Serwah Charitable Association proclaimed [Archives:2002/24/Local News]

Serwah is for the first time having a charitable association as the founding meeting of the association ended last Thursday. The secretary-general of the association, Ali Saleh Hussein Azzaidi, told the Times the Association was dedicated to fighting blood feuds, kidnapping and terrorism. The association will coordinate amongst the relevant authorities and agencies to provide infrastructure projects for the remote, deprived area.
