Special Account For Crude Oil Revenues [Archives:2000/48/Business & Economy]

In a voting session on the state budget project for 2001, the Parliament recommended that the government must open a special account, in the Central Bank, for oil revenues of prices exceeding $ 22 per barrel. Previous approval must be given by Parliament before drawing money from that account for projects of education, health, roads, electricity and water in remote areas.
