In the printing and publishing industry, one of the most important factors to success is how the leader manages his people. From my own experiences it is my firm believe that unless your employees are comfortable in working with you and the working environment you would not get an extraordinary and top quality product.
I have immense admiration for the employee who does what he likes doing best, one whose independent thinking can encourage new ideas that inspire excellence in the way things are done, this is a habit I encourage everybody to promote in himself and his team.
And finally, I'd like to quote that unless you trust your people abilities, you may never produce something better.
