Symposium on Human Rights [Archives:2000/19/Local News]

In coordination with Human Rights Information and Training Center, International Amnesty Organization held a symposium on human rights. This symposium was in Taiz, Wednesday, May 3, 2000, at Arwa school for girls. The representatives of HRITC and IAO pointed out the efforts exerted for creating awareness of human rights. Ms. Soad Al-Qadasi discussed the historical terms of the declaration until it was approved in 1948, and then she explained its article to the audience.
