Taiz Governor & U.S. Ambassador discuss cooperation [Archives:2004/782/Local News]

Taiz Governor, Judge Ahmed Abdullah al-Hijri, received the American Ambassador to Yemen, H.E. Thomas C. Krajeski in the Governorate Bureau on Wednesday 13th October. A number of issues were discussed relating to Yemeni-American Cooperation and what support the American Government has presented towards a number of service projects in the Taiz Governorate, and its development horizons.
The American Ambassador expressed his pleasure at visiting Taiz in addition to expressing his hope of fortifying the economic and commercial cooperation between the two friendly countries. Yemen and America positively reflected on the cooperation lines between the two countries. The members of the Consultative council, Ali Muhammad Saeed Ana'am, and the Head of Planning & Financial development Committee in the Local council, Mr. Shouqi Ahmed Hayel Saeed Ana'am, and the Economical Attache' of the American Embassy in Sana'a, Mr. Jouli Kim, also attended the meeting.
