The year 2007 has come to an end. But some of its unpleasant developments)such as the fourth Sa'ada war, the wide-spread discontent in southern governorates, the presidential constitutional initiative, electoral reforms)are going to survive the year's end and will continue to shape the country's future in 2008 and beyond.
