PALESTINIAN DIPLOMAT IN SANA’A
After several days of internal discussion the government of Israel decided not to cooperate with the fact-finding mission which was set up in accordance with the UN security council resolution to investigate events in the Jenin Refugee camp during the incursion of the Israeli army.
This decision was received by horrible silence of the US administration. The Israeli Nazi terror and criminal massacres of Jenin and Nablus did not begin to appear on the surface because of the Israelis dark and brutal attempts to conceal their savage crimes. Thats why they prevented and terrorizing the media and journalists, who managed partially to report the atrocities of the war of genocide and field executions. Scenes of Sabra and Shatila flash back except for the fact that the numbers were greater then.
Fierce struggle
The Israeli arrogance and superiority feeling, did not accept the Jenin Refugee Camps steadfast and fierce struggle that wounded the Israeli ego. This super army was not able to penetrate the camp for 10 days while using its most sophisticated US-made land and air weapons. Therefore Sharon issued his orders to demolish the camp on the citizens and not to take prisoners from the Palestinian defenders. Then the massacre of the genocide began harvesting, first, women, children and old people, while the men especially the younger, were considered terrorist. Therefore they were either killed or assassinated.
There are basically three war criminals in this episode, Sharon, his chief of staff, Mofaz and the field commander who supervised the genocide operations against the Palestinians. They will be prosecuted one day for the crimes they have committed, which were crowned by preventing the humanitarian aid to reach the wounded and by letting the corpses to rot, a major health threat. But the soldiers of the terrorist Israeli forces were masked to protect themselves from the death fumes that hovered over the Camp.
How can they conceal their crimes? Can they do it by preventing the press to enter that area? Did they not close the camp to not only prevent the press and the humanitarian organizations from entering, but to also prevent death fumes from exposing their crimes?
More time
This issue needs more time, because those who were assassinated, killed or field executed, and those whom were buried under their houses, were not a mirage. They were human beings, and NO one on earth can make their lives and tracks disappear, as if they never existed. We have seen a family in Nablus of eight members that were dug from under the wreck of their house, four corpses of 7 months to eight years old, their kin between 35 and 85 years of age. Will this be the last scene?
Israel needed over a week to conceal and clean the evidences of the war crimes they committed they using mental an physical terror against every thing or one who might leak the information. How much more time do the Jews need to clean their conscience? Not Sharons generation and not the generation of those who have witnessed or executed the genocide are time enough.
The Palestinians need the American to send their envoys and their Congress members to visit Jenin Refugee Camp and the ancient Quarter of the City of Nablus, to get a first hand impression, to build the administrations position on real and solid facts, away from the Israeli and the Jewish lobbys lies, and deception over the White House.
The American administration should have done so, because justice is the most important value. It needs hard evidence, and hard evidence cannot be seen from a helicopter window, as if picnicking. The American should have seen the ancient quarter of Nablus and see how the Israeli barbaric and criminal behavior has turned the site as if Haulage and Jenkins khan were there.
The Jews in Israel are not aware that Sharon has brought them to the valley of death, despair and frustration, because before him there was a slight hope for reaching some kind of a settlement, a settlement that should meet the demands of coexistence terms. But since he took office, he brutally destroyed every hope and every chance, thinking that he can control the Palestinians, who have proven that they cannot be controlled even by nuclear war.
Sharon brought this situation
As Sharon has brought the Israelis to this situation, he also brought the Palestinians to standardize martyrdom. Does any Israeli think that by committing genocide against the Palestinians, he reduces the number of human bombs?
We are not asking Sharon alone, but also the USA administration that possesses all the means to stop the Butcher and cease the massacres, but did not.
Despite everything, because the Palestinian are not alone in this world, because they practice politically and because they are serious, they will condemn and denounce.
They will exert more efforts, so they might reach a settlement that gives them no less than independence and freedom in a state with Jerusalem as its capital according to the international legitimacy. Maybe on top of that they can prosecute the criminals through an international court of war crimes. Let Jenin be the first but it wont be the last.
The Jews should know that the war crimes dossier is open since the Deir Yaseen Massacre, and it was not closed at Sabra and Shatila. Trying to change the facts of the Jenin and Nablus Massacres will not close it either.
