The Right to Respond A Rejoinder to Incline of Al Saeed Hotel in Taiz [Archives:2001/22/Local News]

“We have come across a report under the heading “Incline of Al Saeed Hotel in Taiz” in the Yemen Times issue No 21 dated 21st May 2001, which is utterly baseless and wrong.
The fact is that there was some sagging of the ground about 400 meters away from the hotel’s vicinity, down the hill on which the building is located and this was attended to and rectified by experts. As for the hotel building itself, the ground was studied well before construction began and is on strong ground and foundation. The design for the foundation and building was made by highly experienced foreign consultants and the works of the hotel are of high standards..”
