Universal Travel & Tourism company held a training course, entitled “Standard Passenger Fares & Ticketing,” during September 19-28. The participants included 28 Universal employees from Taiz, Sanaa, Aden Hadhramaut, Hodeida and other governorates.
The course was conducted by Mr. Mohammed Hamdan, chief instructor from Royal Jordanian Airlines. The event was attended by Mr. Alwan Al-Shaibany, head of the corporation and other government officials. The course will enable travel agent staff to deal with airfare confidently. Universal conducts 3-4 courses annually for its staff and other travel agents.
