Training course for Local Council issues [Archives:2003/685/Local News]

Sana’a, Nov. 12 – A training course in the field of analyzing the institutional and organizational problems for Local Councils started on November 9.
It came within the framework of special programs Local Councils implemented in governorates such as, Aden, Lahj, Abyan, and Dhalea’.
It was attended by secretary-generals, committee chairmen of planning and development, services and social workers in each district.
During the training course, a number of lectures were delivered, focusing on projects and objectives and the need to analyze the objectives and strategies for that project.
