Training Course on Human Rights [Archives:2000/25/Local News]

The Information and Rehabilitation Center for Human Rights organizes at the beginning of July 2000 a training course on Human rights for journalists. The course, which will include 30 journalists representing newspapers, aims at developing awareness about principles of human rights, discussing means of familiarizing people with those principles through the media and encouraging more communicators to work for non-governmental organizations of human rights.
A number of lectures by participants from Arab as well as foreign organizations will take place during the course.
