Trial of the second Group of Aden-Abyan Army Started [Archives:1999/40/Local News]

The trial of the second group of the Aden-Abyan army composed of 5 persons started yesterday in Abyan. The defendants are accused of forming an armed gang and carrying our a number of explosions in Abyan, Aden and Sanaa. The next hearing will be held in October, 6. At another level, the Yemeni Minister of Interior accused at an earlier time one of the defendant, Mr. Saleh Haidrah Al-Atwi of the implementation of the explosion in front of the German Embassy last year.
