Two die in gas blast [Archives:2005/820/Local News]

Aneesa Mohammad Ali, 45, was killed along with a girl child named Mariah Abdullah due to an explosion of gas cylinder in one on of the houses located in Shuba't al-Kareema zoon, Taiz.
Security authorities are still conducting investigations to explore the reasons behind the explosion.
A number of locals from the neighborhood stated no smell was detected while gas was leaking inside the house, and this usually leads to the occurrence of explosions and fires.
This is not the first incident of its kind, but it was preceded by a number of gas explosions resulting in other deaths.
