Mr. Vijay Albuquerque, General Manager of the Taj Sheba Hotel in Sanaa, left for Washington DC on Saturday, October 17th. He has been invited by the World Bank to make a presentation on the hotel industry in Yemen, with special reference to the Taj Sheba Hotel. He will also highlight the first phase of the Taj Sheba renovation (face-lift) effort which will cost US$ 6 million.
“The World Bank is one of our largest accounts. That is why we constantly hold consultation talks with them,” he said.
