WB Team in Zabeed [Archives:1997/45/Local News]

A World Bank team, accompanied by the organizations resident representative in Yemen, have visited the historic city of Zabeed. They They met several municipal officials in the city, and reviewed the activities financed by the World Bank to preserve the old heritage of Zabeed. Other services financed by the World Bank include sewage and rubbish disposal which are also part of the World Bank program of assistance and aid to Yemen.
