YBAI Inaugurated [Archives:2000/41/Local News]

The Yemeni-British Arabic Institute(YBAI), in Hadda, held an opening party on Tuesday evening of October 3.
Guests from many countries including Yemenis from business and education enjoyed an evening of traditional Yemeni music and spectacular dancing.
Adrian Chadwick, Director of the British Council gave the opening speech. He explained that Emily Allardyce; the Director of the institute often worked as a consultant for the British Council and praised her commitment to quality and teamwork. He saw these qualities already in evidence at the Institute and was sure that they could all look forward to quality Arabic language courses.
