The Yemeni Consultant House celebrated on Wednesday the first batch of graduates from the “Leadership and Effective Supervision” course as part of the YCH's plan for human resources development set up in 2004.
The intensive one-week course was attended by a number of administrative staff from ministries and private sector organizations.
Under the supervision of Dr. Abdul-Hadi Al-Hamadani, the course provided an introduction to the administrative process and defined management qualities. It aimed at providing the selected staff with inter-personal, problem solving and decision-making skills.
The course also taught the participants the twenty features of the successful leadership, such as careful planning, defining goals, and the methods to achieve them.
The conclusion was reached, at the end of the week, that the secret behind the success of Japanese is their team spirit, whereby less attention is given to the individual.
Since its conception in 1984, as the first management consultant house in Yemen, the YCH has always employed highly qualified staff suited to its activities.
