YDFs office inaugurated [Archives:2002/19/Local News]

The Yemeni Development Forum (YDF) was officially inaugurated on April 28, 2002 at the presence of Ahmed Sofan, the Minister of Planning and Development.
The head office is located in Britain which will support a number of different projects for the benefit of the poor, the blind, and the handicapped in Yemen. The Minister of Planning and Development spoke highly of the efforts exerted for activating the role of the institution in Yemen.
The Honorary Chairman of the forum, Nadheer Ahmed, made it clear that establishing such institution will help a lot to promote and enhance the bilateral relations between Yemen and Britain.
The inaugural ceremony was attended by the British Ambassador to Yemen, Frances Guy.
