Yemen & Egypt Cooperate on Security [Archives:1998/21/Local News]

An Egyptian delegation, headed by the First Deputy Minister of Interior, arrived in Sanaa on Wednesday, May 19 to conduct talks with senior Yemeni security officials. The talks aimed to strengthen cooperation between the two countries in various security domains. The two sides agreed to exchange information and expertise in policing and crime-prevention methods. Egypt and Yemen had recently signed a security agreement.
