Yemen extradites wanted Saudi nationals [Archives:2006/997/Local News]

SANA'A, Nov. 8 ) Yemeni security authorities handed two wanted Saudi nationals over to the Saudi government on Monday, according to 26 September Net, the mouthpiece of the Yemeni army.

A source in with the interior ministry source said security apparatuses extradited the two wanted nationals to the Saudi government under a security cooperation agreement signed by both countries.

A Saudi Interior Ministry spokesman said the wanted Saudi's were arrested by Yemeni authorities with links to drug trafficking.

The Saudi Interior Ministry issued a statement indicating the extradition comes as part of the security cooperation between both governments. It added that security authorities in both Arab states pursue joint efforts to ensure safety of citizens and installations.
