Yemen Opposition Party (Islah) Continues Warning against Normalizing Ties with Israel [Archives:2000/19/Local News]

In the latest meeting of Yemen main opposition party (Islah) central committee (29 April- 1 May), it denounced all normalization attempts with Israel. They also stated that the recent groundbreaking visits to Yemen by Israelis of Yemeni Origin is a “huge error” allowed for by the government.
In a statement they said: “Those Jews have left Yemen and joined the Zionist entity that has desecrated Islamic holy places and slaughtered Muslims”.
In addition, the party’s committee has demanded the government to stabilize prices and not start with the scheduled new “dose” especially those of oil and its products. It has also warned against the grave effects that it could have on the agricultural sector and citizens.
