Yemen Participates in the  International Tourist Exhibition [Archives:2000/14/Local News]

The Yemeni Tourist Promotion Council participated in the International Tourist Exhibition held in Paris, France from 23 to 26 March. Apart from the Council Yemenia Airways as well as a number of tourist agencies also took part in the event. All these stalls were visited by a large number of visitors who appreciated the colorful promotional brochures distributed to them. The event provided an excellent form for promotion of tourism in Yemen.
Yemen’s participation in similar exhibition to be held in Spain, Italy, and Germany is expected to ensure a beeline of tourists to Yemen and thereby serve as a major boost to the country’s tourism potential.
