Yemen Through the Eyes of Others’ [Archives:1999/11/Local News]

“Yemen as Seen Through the Eyes of Others” is the title of a forum organized by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. The forum is dedicated to reviewinh and debating a book with the same title written by 13 foreign researchers who had traveled extensively in Yemen. The book contains 12 different anthropological studies, dealing with various social and cultural aspects in Yemen. It is worth mentioning that this book was published by the American Institute for Yemeni studies. It is available in three different languages: English, Arabic, and French.
