Yemeni group to help Palestinian people [Archives:2006/999/Local News]

SANA'A, Nov. 14 ) A Yemeni organization for lifting siege on Palestinian people was formed at Sheik Abdullah Al-Ahmer's weekly forum on Tuesday.

The group is made up of people from different political parties, but they agreed on the formation of the executive committee. They selected Al-Ahmer as chairman of the group and other prominent positions will be held by Abdul Majid Al-Zindani, Chairman of Iman Islamic University and Yahia Saleh, Chairman of Kana`an for Palestine Association.
