Yemeni-Russian Friendship Association Holds a Party [Archives:2001/47/Local News]

The Russian Embassy in Sana’a organized a party in cooperation with the Yemeni-Russian Friendship Association under the motto “Long Live Peace and Friendship Between Our Countries.” Students of the Russian School in Sana’a performed many Yemeni and Russian songs and folk dances.
The party was attended by Mr. Abdullah al-Bashiri, President’s Secretary-General and Chairman of the Yemeni-Russian Friendship Association, Abdulwahab al-Ruhani, Minster of Culture, a number of officials from the Ministry of Interior and Yemeni students who studied in the former USSR.
