YSCC concluded its meetings [Archives:2003/636/Local News]
The 15th cycle of the Joint Preparatory Committees for the Yemeni-Saudi Coordination Council, YSCC, concluded its meetings held at the Ministry of Planning on May 13 during three consecutive days
The signing ceremony was attended by Mr. Hisham Sharaf, the Deputy of the Planning Ministry in the Republic of Yemen and Eng. Adnan Bakhsh, the Charge' d' Affairs of the Saudi Cabinet and Delegation Leader.
The two sides have agreed upon the final formula for the executive program project and memorandum of understanding between the two foreign ministers, and the executive program project between the Supreme Council for the Yemen Export Promotion and the Saudi Chambers Council.
During the meeting, the two sides have discussed the developmental projects financed by the Saudi Development Fund which includes tourism cooperation agreement and the vocational training and technical education agreement.
In addition to this, other vital fields have been also discussed such as, oil and mineral fields, media, higher education aspects, trade, industry, transportation, and health.
The joint meetings between the Yemeni side and the Saudi side have been held in preparation for the 15th cycle of the Yemeni-Saudi Coordination Council which is due to be held in the coming month.
Those steps have come after signing the bilateral border agreement singed in 2000.
