He says despite the current circumstances and the world crisis in the region due to the American escalation and what is intended to be imposed on Iraq and on the region leading to the war of aggression lacking any values and morals, the Yemeni street is part of the Arab and world street. Yemeni street has been occupied by current developments, nevertheless that situation has not precluded it from continuing its progress on the road it has been following throughout the past decades. The most important thing to be pointed out in this respect the democratic political action evaluating the democratic experiment that would be put to a new test during the upcoming parliamentary elections due on 27 April 2003.
