I want to ask the Customs Authority why it takes my driver 5-6 weeks to renew the tax-free status of one car?
He has to do this every 6 months so he spends two and a half to three months every year (the car is three years old) wasting his (and my) time. If the Customs Authority could also explain why the procedures are different each time, or could it be that someone is waiting for a 'present' to speed things up.
