May I use this 'letters to the editor' section to draw the prompt attention of the concerned authorities as to if any citizen of Yemen or any other country can buy a used or new two wheeler here in Yemen?
I was to understand that Police confiscates the two wheelers on roads. What is the rationality behind this?
Is there is any Vehicle Registering Authority here in Yemen? I hope to get a reply.
