Security Offices Broken Into
The Prosecutor’s Office in Ahwar, Abyan, has reported to the Ahwar chief of security an assault by the Director of Ahwar, accompanied by an armed group of his kinsmen. The assailants broke into the Ahwar security offices, threatened the personnel and released the Director of Duties.
Mohammed Ali Al-Shihabi was accused of setting up a false checkpoint, extorting money from travelers, and ordering the shooting of car whose driver refused to stop.
