Columnist Iskander al-Asbahi says in his article that the American democracy is not based on ethnical, religious or sectarian affiliation but on the basis of citizenship and national affiliation. But the democracies the American empirical power wants for the Arab region and still repeatedly heralding it since its invasion and occupation of Iraq has been crystallized clearly in the for of the formation of the Iraqi governing council and in its stand vis-a-vis the elected Palestinian president Yasser Arafat.
In Iraq America is establishing a democracy built on ethnical and sectarian basis and endeavors to generalize it in the Arab region. The Iraqi people's affiliation to their homeland is superior to their ethnical, or sectarian or tribal affiliation.
According to this scheme America aims at blocking any Arab rapprochement and solidarity or any form of Arab unity and further aims to more Arab disintegration, fragmentation and conflict.
