Titled “values of American liberation”, columnist Ahmed al-Ashwal says in his article that it may not be by chance only what the satellite channels have reported of pictures of the flagrant violations of human rights practiced by the American occupying forces against the Iraqi detainees at Abu Ghraib prison in Baghdad of which they said it was the most notorious place where the former regime was practicing all kinds of torture against its opponents. Many observers rule out ay possibility of chance behind the leakage and the proof are the pictures snap-shot for the American officers and soldiers showing them elated with their scandalous act which politicians and leaders at the White House and in Iraq interpreted as an act committed by individuals in the American army ignorant of the international agreements prohibiting such conduct.
Some view the incident as being studied and intended to herald the American values that do not ignore any case of human rights violation even if it was an “Iraqi” terrorist although America does not recognize of any right of anyone if them as terrorist.
