Columnist Zaid al-Shami says in an article the cold war between the capitalist and the socialist camps came to an end. And since the United States have unilaterally led the world it has begun searching for a new enemy and the Zionists managed to push it to direct its war against the Islamic world.
American has emerged nowadays adopting principles novel to the values which humanity has agreed upon. America is now siding with aggression and violation of human rights. It has for instance refused o sign an agreement on halting arms race, refused to sign on land mines nonproliferation, refused to sign on the international criminal court that means the trial of offender whatever his nationality is but it insists no one has the right to subject the American soldier accountability even if he was an aggressor and allowed itself to bring to military court those who act against its will, as is the case with Afghanistan detainees in Guantanamo. America does not hesitate to condemn the Palestinian resistance operations and turns a blind eye on the Zionists crimes in Palestine. The Jewish terror is legitimate and resisting it is a crime the Palestinians have to stop it.
It is quite enough to see how clear is the mistaken policy of America in the aggression on Iraq and occupying it under pretext of searching for weapons of mass destruction which it could not find any trace of them and it has been evident that the information of the American intelligence was wrong and inaccurate. But what is the use of such admittance after what happened and who dares to question it?
Regrettably the leader of the new world has become searching for enemies and sowing hatred against it. It is the tyranny that would not last long.
