What Happened in Dhali’?
People in Dhali’ and neighboring villages lived in fear for their lives last Monday. Artillery fire was exchanged between the 35th Armored Brigade, stationed in town, and some of its military outposts on the surrounding mountains. Shelling by the outer army positions started immediately after two massive bomb blasts that rocked Dhali’.
Just before a visit by Prime Minister Al-Iryani, the shelling damaged several houses in Dhali’ and its vicinity.
