Columnist Jalal al-Sha'rabi says in his article on the 15th of this month the Journalists Syndicate is to hold a meeting of its council and that means that any application to obtain membership of the syndicate would not be considered. The duty now requires that all should undertake their role and there should be the initiative of change and expression of stands with the election card at the hall of the third general conference. All agree that we are in need of a strong journalists union and the call for endorsing the law of the union as an introduction to journalists rights.
