I was a Yemeni citizen, but recently I have abandoned my nationality and passport because of the discrimination that I have been exposed to by my own countrymen.
I am ashamed to be an Arab woman because our Arab leaders are not helping us at all. If one Israeli or American woman wants to approach our Arab officials, they would welcome them as the officials would be quite happy to help but for us Arab women, they will ignore us totally. Hence, I am truly ashamed to be an Arab woman
